Jidori Chicken

Jidori  means chicken of the earth. It started in Los Angeles, where asian-fusion culinary pioneers were looking for a chicken as fresh and great tasting as the finest sushi. We developed Jidori  Chicken for them, and now we offer it to you. Our chickens are raised free range, humanely, at small farms in California. They’re fed all natural grains, without meat by-products, hormones, or steroids. You will taste the difference. There is only one source for Jidori  Chicken, and we are proud to serve you the best chicken in the world.

“The Kobe beef of poultry has landed... The next menu buzzword will be Jidori  chicken. Its been the hottest piece of breast in Los Angeles for years.”

Estancia Quality

If you’ve never tasted pasture-raised, grass fed beef, then you’re in for a real treat. Bite into an Estancia burger or steak and you can taste the terroir, the grasslands where our animals are raised, the fertile earth and year-round rainfall.

It’s all part of a centuries-old craft of grass fed, pasture-raised that has been proven over time to produce delicious, healthy beef.

Estancia beef has a complex, beefy flavor, with none of the mouth-coating, buttery residue that grain fed beef often leaves behind.

Real Beef Taste

Pasture One beef has a complex, beefy flavor, with none of the mouth-coating, buttery residue that grain fed beef often leaves behind. It finishes clean and leaves you feeling satisfied but light, more like the way you feel after eating fish.

The beef is wet age 25 days so it arrives to consumers at its peak of flavor. The taste of our beef has been described as “bright”, “clean”, and “beefy”. People have said that biting into an Pasture One steak is like tasting complex wine after years of cheap wine. It’ll change you.

Grass fed beef has about half the fat and cholesterol of grain fed beef. Additionally, the fat found in grass fed beef is 41% mono-unsaturated (like olive oil).
